kawaii gifts.

How cute is this Koala’s March holiday snack tin!? Rod got it for me last month at Mitsuwa Market and it even came with a free key chain! The little photographer and mermaid girl were almost to cute to eat, but I ate them anyway ^_____^ ha!

About two weeks ago I decided to give away some random kawaii stuff from my personal collection. Since the majority of my followers on Instagram like cute shit just as much as I do, a giveaway was obviously the best way to share the love. I was able to put together enough stuff to host 2 large giveaways plus 1 extra mini. Below are some of the items I sent the 3 giveaway winners, Hazel, Marie and Amelia. While I was going through my pile of cuteness I found sheets of  the most kawaii die-cut memo pads ever made by Kamio Japan, the stack included designs from Burger Bear, Ice Cream Paradise, Milk, Happiness Animals, Strawberry, Cola, Cheerful Lion, Tabegoro Ringo, and Sweet Cake!

The month of December consisted of many doctor visits for both our pet Cutie and myself, failed Rilakkuma cookie attempts and an unfinished holiday living room. I’m so sad to see my beautiful Silvertip tree from Roger’s Gardens go, but I’ll definitely be buying another one again this year! Rod gave me the most awesome gifts (as always) and now I can finally listen to “Christmas Elvis” all year-long, haha.

happy 2013 – Bye!

cheap nail polish & freebies.

{ hello! }

Here’s a peek at a nail polish set I picked up at forever 21 this past Saturday with a $10 store credit I had left over. Aren’t they the prettiest glitter-y colors you’ve ever seen? I love them all but the light blue color is my absolute favorite. Ok, so I still haven’t tried them on >.<  …  they’re just so beautiful, I couldn’t wait to share them with you! Oh, I also purchased a black and white Hello Kitty scarf (which I’ll hopefully be able to wear soon!) + a plain cozy knitted maroon colored scarf as well. I’ll try to come back and give a review once I paint my nails, you can purchase your own pretty “glittered nail polish” sets here and here!

One of S E P H O R A’ s current weekly specials is the choice of 1 amazing holiday IT KIT : IN THE GLOW, BEST IN CLASSIC, or THE LASTING IMPRESSION, you get 9 deluxe beauty samples with a purchase of $25 or more ( use code : ITKIT ). I  was having a hard time picking just one so when Rod bought me the pink  TARINA TARANTINO brush set that I have been wanting for ever, I was able to score an extra kit. { NOTE : all of TARINA’s stuff is on sale! If there’s anything you girls have had your eyes on, now is the time to buy }. I purchased  Sparklicity Pure in opal and the Eye Dream Highlight Duo in amber/elektron, which I still need to try btw – haha.  details after the jump!

hello.

It’s been a while and so much has happened, Rod and I purchased a home 2 months ago and it’s so freakin’ awesome … and big and bright and in a super safe neighborhood ah! and the timing could not have been better, our 7th anniversary was also around the time we moved in and what better gift than a beautiful home to call our own, right? Oh yeah, our sweet little Cami-chan turned six a couple of days ago and is now attending first grade in a new school, life is good … busy, but good! ♥

Below are some random ( blindingly bright ) snapshots I took here and there, I haven’t had much time to play with my cameras *pout* but I hope you enjoy these anyway!

iced tea, homemade fruit bars, cookies, and cupcakes -yum!

Cutie, our “red” factor canary ( he’s orange because.. *cough* I don’t color feed him )  and our pretty neighbor kitty.

 there’s always a pool party in our backyard.

our beautiful plumeria tree.

We attended the So Cal Corgi Picnic last month, and had so much fun! it was such great experience interacting with the pups and their owners, we learned so much and realized that this is definitely the right breed for us ^____^ yay!
